Our statement making pointed-toe mule is crafted of soft gray velvet and adorned with a crystal strap for added opulence. We covered our footbeds with a lustrous satin lining for added luxury and comfort.

The Swan fits true to size. With the pointed toe, you may have to go up a half size for a more secure fit. The bracelet fits slightly snugly to stay in place with every step - it’s a favorite shoe for narrow to medium-width feet.

I love my Swan pair of Birdies. Maroon is my favorite color and they are so soft and comfortable. My job requires me to stand for long hours and I can definitely do that with these shoes. The bracelet straps are also very fashionable!!! I love the bling!!! My feet don’t hurt from wearing these shoes all day and that is a plus.

I love the style and look of the shoe, however I am a solid size 9 and this size 9 swan is too big for me. It does not stay on my foot. Any recommendations for making this work would be greatly appreciated as I am in Canada and the cost to ship them back for a refund is not really worth doing.

I realize these were on sale (still not cheap) and unreturnable when I ordered. I was hopeful that they would be just as comfy. While gorgeous to the eye, they have consistently rubbed to raw skin on my two middle toes. They don't provide enough coverage for 1/2 socks to protect your toes. I will keep trying to break them in, or I may have to gift them to Good Will.
